A Perth-based real estate agent is facing a court trial for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
The Perth Magistrates Court heard Peter Thomas had a relationship with the teenage girl before she moved in with him in October 2015.
He was charged with 13 counts of sexual activity with a child, one count of indecent assault and six counts of possessing indecent images of a child.
The court heard he used Facebook to communicate with the young girl.
