Realtors in Vietnam are known for their extensive knowledge of the local market.
However, they can also be quite busy at the same time, and many Vietnamese residents may not have the time or patience to navigate through the country’s many complicated marketplaces.
Here’s how you can find a home in Vietnam that will be a dream come true for you.
Read MoreLe Van says: «Vietnamese people are incredibly hospitable and they are very open to anyone who wants to be involved in their lives.»
«We work hard to ensure that you get a good price, but we also work hard with you to make sure that we get a deal that is fair for you, that you are satisfied with and that you can move on to the next step,» Le Van adds.
He suggests getting in touch with a realtor directly to find out about any restrictions on where you can live.
He also recommends that you make sure you are familiar with the laws in your country of residence.
Le Van recommends you start with an agent that specializes in house prices in the province of Ho Chi Minh City.
«If you are looking for a house for under $300,000 in Ho Chi Majang or Ho Chi Nha Trang, we can help you with that,» he explains.
He says that if you want to buy in Ho Kong, you’ll have to contact an agent in Hanoi, but there is no limit on the amount you can ask for.
Le van also recommends you check with the city’s real estate office in Hoi An for prices and availability.
He suggests you contact a real estate agent in a different province, such as Ho Chi Nei Minh or Saigon.
Le Vhongs realtor has an extensive collection of properties, which he says are all of a high quality and «most affordable».
«I am very pleased to see that people are willing to pay the most for a quality home,» Le Vhons chief realtor says.
«You will find a lot of good value for your money in this market, and there is very little competition for this kind of property in the country.»
