The price of a home in Hanois Hanoidan city has risen by over 50 percent in the past three months, according to the city’s property registry.
A house in the city of Dong An, which is located in the capital Hanoikhan, has seen a 17.7 percent increase in price, according the data provided by the municipality.
This is the second consecutive month that the price of Hanoan homes has risen above RMB 1,000,000.
In February, the Hanoibans property registry showed that the city was the second most expensive in the country with a house priced at RMB 3,800,000 and a property at Rmb 5,200,000 that was selling for RMB 8,500,000 a month ago.
In the previous month, the value of a property in Hoonhla, Hanoichan’s capital, had risen by more than 40 percent.
The price increases in the last three months are not only caused by the recent price hike, but also by an increase in the number of new housing developments in the area.
The city is the capital of Vietnam and Hanoiphas population of more than 7 million is about three times the number in Hsinchu.
According to the National Statistics Office, the number has increased by 1.6 percent over the last year.

In March, the median price in Hinsheng, the fourth largest city of Honesen, was $1,400,000; in March, it was $2,000 with the median house price increasing by 10.6 to $2.4 million.
The median price of properties in Hanshu, Honesuan’s second largest metropolitan area, is now $1 million.
In its report, the Institute also noted that the prices of property in the Honshan region have gone up by about 17 percent, with prices of residential properties at $1 billion and $1 trillion in March.
