Vietnam real estate is at an all-time high.
According to the latest data from real estate company CBRE, the average house price in the country increased by more than 11% last year, according to data from the country’s National Bureau of Statistics.
It was also the highest increase since the mid-2000s, when the number of new houses in the nation soared by 12.9%.
The average price of a single house in Vietnam increased by 13.8% from the year before, the highest in Asia.
It’s the highest since a 9.5% increase in 2011.
The average home price in Vietnam rose by 6.8%, the highest level in the region.
It is also the fifth-highest level in Asia, according the CBRE.
The country’s population of 1.7 million surpassed a billion in 2017, a milestone the CBre attributes to the rise of the middle class.
The country also saw a surge in the number, and the number per capita of millionaires.
In 2017, the population of millionaires in Vietnam was 1.2 million, up from 1.1 million in 2017.

The number of people living in the capital city of Ho Chi Minh City rose from 3.8 million in 2005 to 6.2.7m in 2017 alone.
In 2018, the number in the city increased by over 1 million to 7.8.3m.
